After a great trip to Grand Haven, Michigan last year, we decided to try out South Haven, Michigan this year. Lake Michigan was surprisingly ice cold for mid-August, but Maya’s love of the water and sand ruled the weekend. With our early start, we had the beach to ourselves on day 2!
